Alicia is a homemaker and lives in West Salem. She has been a Salem Electric member since 1949.
Elected to the board in 1987 Served as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice-President, and President Oregon Rural Electric Cooperative Association Board Member
and serves as a mentor of the Leadership Youth Program Monitors the American Public Power Association Current term 2011–2014

All board meetings are held at the Salem Electric office, 633 Seventh Street NW. Generally meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
